Due to technical issues on 19th of May some MobilePay business customers settlements have failed. This has not affected any users ability to use MobilePay for paying for goods or for MobilePay business customers to access and use MobilePay Portal.
Impact: The issue has happened to some customers having MobilePay Invoice and MobilePay Subscription as product.
Status: We have been working to fix it and transfer all sales from the 19th of May. The situation is back to normal. Outstanding settlements is expected to be transferred during today (Friday, 21.05.2021).
Integrators are asked to notify their merchants, as the above might affect the reconciliation process and accounting, especially if the merchant is using the Transaction Reporting API, as the outage described above will be reflected in missing information in transferReferenceDate
