Step 4. Visible payment buttons

Place the MobilePay pay button or QR button oninvoices, welcome e-mails, self-service or/and in e-boks letters. The payment button delivers the message better than a text link.

Your customer only needs to click on the MobilePay button to pay the invoice, and then swipe in MobilePay. 98% pay before or on the Due Date. 58% pay before the Due Date with MobilePay.

Visibility in the right channels

Encourage your customer to prioritise the message on the invoice or in one-to-one dialogues:

  • Encourage to place a button or a QR code:
    • on the invoice – for example sent via e-Boks in mails, for example “welcome” or “win back”
  • Encourage to send the payment link or ”Pay and sign up”-link via:
    • SMS
    • Chat (for example in customer support)
  • Easy payment
    • The user presses the button or clicks on the link (MobilePay opens)
    • The user logs in to MobilePay
    • The user swipes (only once) to pay or/and sign up for the payment agreement.
  • Physical invoice
    • In case of physical invoices, the user scans the QR code instead of clicking on the button or the link.

Use of buttons

Make it easier for the customer to pay for the Invoice by including MobilePay buttons. The user clicks on the button, MobilePay opens, and the user logs in and sees the Invoice. The buttons are available in Danish, English and Finnish

Use of buttons and QR codes

Encourage your customer to prioritise the message on the invoice or in one-to-one dialogues:

  • Invoice with a button
    • 97 % pay on due date with MobilePay Invoice, 58 % before.
    • With a button on the invoice – also invoices sent via e-Boks – the merchant makes it easy for the user to pay right away.
  • Invoice with a QR Code
    • With a QR code on a physical invoice, there is no manual typing for the user and no handling of typing mistakes for your customer.
    • Recommended when sending physical invoices.

Encourage use of buttons instead of links where possible
