With MobilePay Checkout webshops can offer their customers to complete purchases even faster by linking payment and delivery details. When using Checkout MobilePay will supply you with the billing address and optionally the delivery address of the customer. When initiating a Checkout payment the user will then be prompted to choose address before accepting the payment in the MobilePay app.
📄️ Phone number on landing page
When user is redirect to redirectToMobilePayUrl on a desktop they will see the MobilePay landing page where they must input their phone number. You have the option to prefill the phone number or disabled the remember me function on the page.
📄️ Embedded Flow (IFrame)
Web shops and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) may embed the MobilePay landing
📄️ Invalidation of a payment
In some cases the user goes back to the merchant webshop and adds something to the shopping basket after the payment has been initiated. The user could end up with several requests with different amounts and there would be a possibility, that the user accepts the wrong one in MobilePay. In this case payment invalidation endpoint can be useful. When the invalidation is completed, it means that the user cannot create a request for the payment or accept the payment. Active requests will also expired immediately.
📄️ Recurring Payments
The Recurring feature is currently in a pilot phase. The API documentation is publicly available but PSPs will not yet be able to utilize the feature.
